A Stronger Voice for Australia’s Finance and Mortgage Brokers
Finance Brokers Union Australia (FBUA) was founded on a simple belief: Australia’s finance and mortgage brokers deserve an independent voice — one that represents their interests, advocates for meaningful reform and contributes to a stronger, more sustainable profession.
Finance and mortgage brokers play an important role in Australia’s financial system, helping individuals, families and businesses navigate complex financial decisions while contributing to competition, consumer choice and access to finance.
The profession also faces evolving regulatory requirements, commercial pressures, changing technology and industry practices, and the need for stronger independent representation.
FBUA exists to help address these challenges through constructive advocacy, collaboration and evidence-informed policy development.
