Chalo Nsenduluka is the Founder and Inaugural National President of Finance Brokers Union Australia (FBUA).
At 33, he established FBUA with a vision to build an independent national institution dedicated to representing, supporting and advancing Australia’s finance broking profession.
His founding leadership reflects a commitment to professional fairness, industry reform, education, innovation and meaningful representation.
As an African Australian founder, Chalo’s journey also reflects the importance of diversity, opportunity and leadership in shaping Australia’s professional institutions.
His ambition extends beyond establishing an organisation. It is to build a lasting institution that empowers finance brokers, strengthens professional standards and contributes to a fairer, more resilient financial services industry.

Finance Brokers Union Australia (FBUA) was founded on a fundamental belief: the professionals who help Australians achieve their financial ambitions deserve an institution dedicated to advancing their interests, protecting their professional standing and supporting their future.
Every day, finance brokers help Australian families achieve homeownership, assist businesses in accessing capital and contribute to competition, economic opportunity and financial security.
